DSP Engineer

This company is seeking DSP engineers to join its wireless team.
The profile of the ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
Assembly language programming for a variety of DSP architecture
Detailed understanding of a variety of cellular air-interfaces (such as cdma2000, WCDMA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, IS-136, AMPS, TACS etc)
Product development experience with a major terminal vendor company (e.g. Nokia, Siemens, NEC, Panasonic, Qualcomm, Alcatel, Motorola, Ericsson etc).
Experience with GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA physical layer algorithm programming (for both the control and data path).
Scheduling/OS issues and optimisation of memory use
Understanding of the interface between a protocol stack and the physical layer
The candidate should have an excellent academic background (at least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university) and at least 3 years experience. They should also be highly motivated and excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
