Established in April 2002, employing around 2,500 staff, we provide mental health and learning disability services to 555,000 people living in an area of 596 square miles covering 5 PCTs – Bradford City, North Bradford, Bradford South & West, Airedale and Craven and Harrogate.

Description of post:

To provide leadership and supervision to the Housekeeping Service. To monitor and maintain standards to meet the requirements of the NHS Performance Standards.
You will organise and direct the day to day work of your teams and develop your teams to meet the required standards.
Provide performance information.
Work as part of an established team.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

At least 1 years experience supervising and managing staff, particularly identifying areas of training for improved standards of work. Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), English and Maths essential.Full Driving License and use of a car. IT awareness and familiarity with software packages
