Description
Leading consultancy based in West Yorkshire require a Change Management Analyst to work as part of their IT Change Management team which
provides a structure to control change. This team ensures changes do not have an adverse impact on Services by
mitigating the risks of introducing change to the production
environment. This team will work as part of the Service Control team,
which encompasses 4 disciplines: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.
Skills and Knowledge Required inlude Having experience within an environment where change was expected and
experienced. Knowledge and understanding of the Change
Control processes and procedures as defined by Service
Delivery. Working knowledge of relevant desktop products and services. Knowledge of Remedy an advantage.
Working knowledge and understanding of Service Delivery
Organisation and the interaction of development, build and
test technical teams. Ability to manage own time.
Methodical approach with an attention to detail and a
willingness to operate as a team member. The ability to
interact on a regular basis with management on all levels..
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the NHS Knowledge of ITIL, BS15000, BS7799EXPERIENCE:At least 1-2 years
experience in a customer facing role. Experience of
working within a team environment. Experience of working
in a changing environment.
