Ashford Primary Care Trust aims to improve the health of local people through addressing the health needs of its rapidly growing population and working in partnership with other organisations to deliver effective healthcare.

Grade B: £12,210 - £13,900 per annum
(plus enhancements for shift working and opportunities for overtime)
You could be earning £14,750 per annum with enhancements.

Ashford Primary Care Trust now hosts all services for adults with a learning disability across East Kent.
There are a number of opportunities to work within motivated and experienced teams supporting clients with learning disabilities in all areas of daily living, as well as enabling them to participate in their local community.
Experience with people with learning disabilities would be useful but an empathetic attitude and respect for individuals is more important, as training will be provided.
Training is provided with individuals and within the organisation. The Trust supports people through NVQ Level II and III and will second appropriately qualified people onto nurse training for the Diploma of Higher Education.
