Financial Adviser Corporate Bancassurance

Location: Islington, North London

Basic £31,360 to £47,040 + Package
£55,000 to £100,00 OTE

One of Europe's largest Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Financial Adviser Service to its corporate clients through the nationwide network of High Street banks & Business Centres. They need a pro-active Team of Advisers who are driven to succeed. You will be working with quality client leads supplied from targeted and experienced business managers.

You Must Have:
-> Full FPC or CeFA
-> A minimum of 3 years Regulated Sales experience
-> A minimum of 12 months current CAS experience.
-> Requirements for previous business sector experience vary at a local level.
-> Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for redundancies etc)

Package:
A superb package is on offer with a simplified commission structure plus unlimited bonus. Shared targets with lead providers (Their targets mirror/exceed advisers). The package consists of the following:

-> Basic = £31,360 to £47,040
£55,000 to £100,000 OTE
-> Regional Large Town Allowance up to £3,450
-> Quarterly Sales Bonus
-> Annual business quality bonus (up to £10,000)
-> Negotiable Guarantees available depending on background
-> Car Allowance / Flexible Benefits £3,700 (£4,300 for Snr. Advisers)
-> 28 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
-> Profit Share
