Web marketing project supervisor

We are looking for a marketing manager who will conduct the marketing plan for the United Kingdom: site merchandising, e-mail marketing, SEO, SEM, Affiliates…
You will report directly to the head of marketing and work tightly with the French marketing team and all the different departments of the company.

• Site merchandising
o You will be responsible for the planning, management and production of the UK site.
• Generate traffic and sales : SEM /SEO /Affiliate marketing / Pay Per Click / Advertising
o You will be responsible of measuring the campaigns performance to provide relevant recommendations for improvement
o Develop an approach, a strategy and deliver a plan for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search / Pay Per Click (PPC) Affiliate marketing.
o Identify and drive through quick win tactical initiatives to increase website traffic.
o Regularly measure, monitor and evaluate website and search engine performance against identified objectives, ensuring this is fed back into the team and wider business for long-term planning.
o Launching and monitoring of the affiliation program in the UK
• E-Mail marketing
o Increase the customer base
o Create, manage and continually optimize the e-mail marketing campaigns.


The candidate we are looking for:

• The candidate must be English native
• Study: Business/ Marketing/ Communication studies
• Work experience: Online marketing experience covering email, analytics, search marketing, online promotions and events. Experience working with different teams or across multiple projects
• Personality: Passionate, Excellent verbal communication skills, Very strong organization, problem solving, and intrapersonal skills. Proactive and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with co-workers and account executives. Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects. Strong negotiation skills.
