We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a residential setting, ensuring the delivery of full nursing care to all patients, through the supervision of staff at lower grades and in the implementation of the Care Programme Approach agreed within the multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for people with a flexible approach to hours of duty in order to meet the needs of the service over the twenty-four hour period, to take charge of the Unit in the absence of a Senior Member of Staff and manage the effective delivery of care during the span of duty, fulfilling the role of Shift Leader.
To ensure the delivery of nursing Care Plans as Key Worker / Named Nurse to an identified group of patients and supervise other nurses of a lower grade and support workers
