Established in April 2002, employing around 2,500 staff, we provide mental health and learning disability services to 555,000 people living in an area of 596 square miles covering 5 PCTs – Bradford City, North Bradford, Bradford South & West, Airedale and Craven and Harrogate.

Working within Bradford District Care Trust, we require a forward thinking and dynamic Manager for our Hotel and Housekeeping Services, your role will be:
To manage the Hotel and Housekeeping services function for hospital, primary care and GP contract sites within Bradford District Care Trust.To manage the provision of Domestic, Housekeeping and Laundry services along with external contracts such as Pest Control, Cleaning and Domestic and Sanitary waste.To manage staff and resources to ensure the highest degree of service delivery is maintained at all times.To ensure compliance with statutory standards along with NHS performance standards including NHS Standards of Cleanliness, Housekeeping Standards, Hospitality Assured, Chartermark and Better Hospital Food.
Qualifications/Skills:Professional Hotel Services and Business management qualification to degree level or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience in a same/similar postFull Driving License and use of a car. IT awareness Excellent customer service skills. Forward thinking to anticipate needs and requirements
