Care Manager / Social Worker

Care Manager – Adult Services – Surrey
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Manager in Adult Services.
A degree in Social Work, diploma in social work, CQSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification in this field is essential.
You will be required to manage a caseload which will include vulnerable users and those with complex problems. The key responsibilities will to be identify individual needs through assessment and to plan and design care plans to meet those needs. You will be required to review these care plans on a regular basis.
The position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of long term employment and Career progression in Adult Services.
