Support Worker NEET to EET – Cheshire

Our client in Cheshire requires a Support Worker to join their Youth Offending Team to assist 8 to 16 year-olds with a history of antisocial behavior who are considered to be at high risk of reoffending. Candidates must have experience in supporting people from NEET Not in Education, Employment or Training to EET and some experience of dealing with Young Offenders.
The successful applicant will work with both the YOT team and liaise with other agencies to support and guide young people into education, employment or training in order to break the cycle of reoffending.
The option for flexible working hours may also be available.
