Learning Disabilities Residential Area Manager Leicester

A candidate is required for an exciting new vacancy coming soon in Leicester. Our client requires someone who is NVQ4/RMA-qualified or equivalent, with previous managerial experience, to run their homes for adults with learning disabilities in Leicester and the surrounding area. The organisation currently owns 2 homes rated good and outstanding and are in the process of acquiring a third nearby. On a day-to-day basis, the job will involve managing the homes including budget management, staff recruitment, and quality assurance responsibilities, and responsibility for developing and marketing the homes. This will be a full-time, permanent role, with excellent opportunities for progression.
