Outreach Development Manager in Essex and London

Candidate required with managerial experience of working within an asylum seeker or refugee, supported housing or YOT background who is familiar with new legislation in the field. Experience of supervising outreach workers is desirable, however there is the opportunity to gain this experience. This is a permanent post with a flexible start date, and it would be beneficial for candidates to be able to drive.

This post will involve working with a variety of young adults aged 16-25 in an outreach capacity, from young offenders to asylum seekers. Candidates are required to be able to develop and market the scheme and demonstrate an aptitude for expansion. The position will also involve phoning and visiting London-based local authorities to gain tenders and contracts.
