Telecom Service Delivery Manager Ireland, DUBLIN

Our client is a multinational company from the Telecommunications sector, with more than 100 million clients all over the world, and direct interconnection with more than 150 operators on an international level. Its wholesale division is now looking for a telecom Service Delivery Manager in Ireland to join their team.

Functions:
- Organisation and coordination of the activities within the different suppliers, internal and external, in order to guarantee their correct performance.
- Control of the critical decisions, in order to reduce the deadlines and improve quality (duration of the projects and their different stages, definition of the delivery deadlines and of the services to be executed , definition of the scope of the projects, etc.).
- Planification of the projects and of the different update meetings.
- Tracking and follow-up of clients.
- Information of the updates and state of the projects.
- Reports and balance sheet meetings with clients.
- Periodic reports on the changes and updates.
- Team's motivation.
- Economic control of the projects (maintenance, budgets, etc.).
- Coordination and tracking of suppliers.


Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of broadband and land connections for
- corporations.
- + 5 years of proven experience in IT and communications.
- Fluent in English, Spanish would be a valuable plus.
- Good communication skills.
