Communications Manager circa £50,000 pa depending on experience

Based: East Anglia

The Communications Manager will lead the Communications function to develop and deliver a comprehensive internal and external Communications strategy for a developing and dynamic Public Sector organisation. This involves close liaison with colleagues at Director level, Communications and Marketing professionals from sister organisations and Media Representatives.

The successful Communications Manager will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving and politically sensitive environment, delivering under pressure and to tight deadlines. A background in Communications is essential, with previous experience gained in-house, at a PR / Marketing / Media agency, or ideally both.

The Communications Manager will have the ability to establish credibility and respect quickly, not only as a Communications professional, but also as a representative, presenter, spokesperson and ambassador for high profile projects.
