Van Dam Machine Operator - Print Division

Our client, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of disposable foodservice packaging products, requires a Van Dam machine operator for their print division.

Due to recent investment and expansion within our Dry-Offset Printing Department, we require an experienced Van Dam Machine Operator for our 8 colour round cup printer – Model 568COM111 (or similar Model: 560) to operate and initially supervise the integration and oversee the training of internal teams of this line into the Department.


The responsibilities for this role will include all aspects of production, quality, and adherence to all Company systems and procedures.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Tool change
• Plate change machinery
• Set up printing jobs from setting to running
• Have an existing knowledge of printing processes
and ink
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Able to supervise and train staff

This is a weekly paid position and will initially be on a day shift (8am to 4pm) but on completion of the integration, this position will move to a 4on-4off shift rotation (2 x days, 2 x nights, 4 rest days (7to7=12 hr shifts) once the training of the teams and support is in place.
