Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a RMN / RGN Deputy Manager for a medium sized elderly nursing in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands.

The home is based in Nottinghamshire and is a part of a larger group so career progression development is definitely on the cards with this large UK nursing home provider. The home is set in an excellent location in Nottinghamshire and is suitable for someone who is looking to progress into a deputy role or for a deputy looking for a new challenge.

You will be drawing up the weekly and monthly rotas and helping the home manager with the day to day running of the home including client assessments, dealing with complaints and supervising other nurses when on duty.
