Business Development Consultants

We are a growing HR Firm Business Partners in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago, Boston and New-York city and we are presently looking for many motivated candidates for our North-American Corporate clients in Business/Management area Permanent and Contract Positions available in 2010-2011.
We offer contract, consulting and direct hire positions for talented individuals across a complete range of disciplines and industries. Our practice areas include: Marketing/Sales, Export/International Business and Management/Finance area.
Thanks to our dedication to understanding the needs and culture of our clients, we are able to respond to our clients specific needs more quickly and cost effectively than our competitors.
Primary responsibilities include proposal development and proposal strategy, opportunity management and sales reporting.
Evaluate, coordinate and implement plans to test business and functional process.
Develop recommendations for new methods / procedures, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management to evaluate .
Research and analyze other comparable organizations/operations.
Ability to meet/exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives .
Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with management & employees .
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
