My client is a market leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the Creative Industry. They currently require an ambitious Team Leader for their established and successful Digital team.

The ideal candidate will have managed a team in the past and have a proven track record as a strong biller within Digital. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate a team while effectively running your own desk.

You will have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and be someone who is highly motivated and ambitious with the desire to reap rewards.


The ideal candidate shall posses:

Proven recruitment experience within Digital/Creative sector supported by evidence of revenue delivery.

Sound Client and Candidate relationship skills

Proven and demonstrable billings

Ability to identify and maximise on business opportunities

Ability to work alone and within a team

Maturity to work to own KPI's to deliver results

Enjoys a consultative approach to the business

Professionalism, Drive and Determination

Be a true solution provider

Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a sales environment

Be an excellent communicator
