Customer Services ISA Team Manager - maternity cover
Maternity Contract (6-9 months) - The Customer Services ISA Team Manager will effectively manage an administration team by performance managing a team of customer services representatives.
The most important things are:
Proven Management Experience in Financial Services - This is extremely important as this is a Threshold Competent role, you need to have experience of conducting one to ones, performance reviews, disciplinaries
Knowledge of FSA regulations e.g. reportable/non reportable complaints
Investment Knowledge and the ability pick things up quickly.
Personal Skills and Competence:
• Must be able to implement and maintain effective controls.
• Must be able to plan and organise team tasks and ensure team members are managed and motivated to carry them out effectively.
• Must have the ability to analyse causes of problems and issues arising, deal with them and reduce incidences of similar reoccurrences.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to meet service level agreements
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others, face to face, in writing and by telephone.
• Must be able to set and maintain high standards on quality and competence for the completion of administration tasks.
• Must be able to ensure the team’s output is efficient and cost controlled.
• Must act with integrity in an ethical and professional way, and act as a role model by setting an example to team members.
• Must be results driven and pro-active in making things happen.
• Must be self-motivated.
