Mission purpose (why does the job exist, main objectives)

To be a part of new NMS - EDMS tendering team in Middle East and to support the transfer of tendering workload from EME to Middle East.
Be responsible of the winning strategy of an offer (industrial scheme, partners, etc ...)
Present the SCADA/EMS/DMS offer internally and in front of the customer
Objectives: best offer with the best price (according to the criteria of risks, profitability and competition) enhance the customer perception of the companies’ bids; respect The Company value charter, comply with the companies’ tender approval processes.

PROFILE EXPECTED
Education - Diplomas: BE/ BTech - Electrical/ Electronics
Job experience required: 8-12 years of experience in tendering of large SCADA/EMS/DMS projects, experience in technical team or operation department will be an added advantage.
Specific competencies: Technical knowledge is an advantage (telecom, software, power environment)
Languages: (and level required) English
Behavioral and management competencies: Team player, organized, analytic, other managements, reporting
Specific points
Business understanding Electricity industry, good business perception
