Susbtance misuse practitioner

Experience case managing substance misuse clients is essential. Experience in a tier 3 service would be a benefit.

A local drug and alcohol service is looking for a substance misuse practitioner to join its team. The role will involve giving CBT based psycho-social interventions through one to one key work sessions. These will be led by person centred care plans designed from initial assessments and amended through follow up assessments. This position is likely to be extended.
