FM Account Director

Our client, a renowned service provider seeks to appoint an experienced and dynamic FM Account Director to manage a successful and profitable account in the South West of England.

You will act as Account Director for an £18million contract which has longevity and stability in the current market. You will be accountable for the P&L, operational management and delivery of all M&E services across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent people and operational skills with a proven record of managing client relationships. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and mentoring a substantial team of in-house employees and local contractors, to drive performance. You must have experience of managing large scale FM contracts.
