FM Account Director

Our client, a renowned service provider seeks to appoint an experienced FM Account Director to manage a significant Account which they have recently won.

Much of the detail is still confidential given the sensitivity of the contract, however, this is one of their sizeable portfolios, worth in the region of £8-9 million per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for circa 25 buildings in the London area and staff of circa 85 people.

Ideal candidates will have experience in optimising performance, change management and will have responsibility for P&L,
