Genral Nursing

Supervises and controls staff. Delgates as necessary, ensures a consistently high standard of nursing care. Maintains professional standards in staff in retention to Code of Professional Conduct,Ethnics and Confidentiality and to maintain strict adherence at all times to Home Policies. Directs and strains Staff Nurses in Home Management and participates in the planned Developement of Nursing Staff.Directs and trains other staff and participates in the in service training for Care Assistants and newly appointed staff. Carries out Nursing procdures as necessary. Assists Medical Staff and reports on residents conditions.
