Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the overall management of our client business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia so as to ensure maximum profits commensurate with the interest of all stakeholders and you will be accountable to the Board for proper interpretation and fulfillment of approved policies, plans and strategies.

The Role

* Develop with the advice and counsel of the senior members of the management, effective long-term and short-term business plans to guide the future programs and activities in Saudi Arabia.
* Ensures that the policies are uniformly understood, interpreted and implemented at all levels. Reviews and recommends to the Top Management, policies and amendments thereof in significant areas for the smooth management of business.
* Maintains good regulatory relations and ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. Monitors the compliance issues and takes appropriate action.
* Oversees the development of operating and capital expenditure budgets. Ensures that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place and monitors all aspects of financial performance. Reviews and approves revised action plans as needed to improve financial performance and cost effectiveness.

* Develop and maintain the right corporate image amongst all its stakeholders and approves public relations initiatives and campaigns of the organisation and evaluate its effectiveness.

The Requirements

* MBA/Professional qualifications in Finance/ Accounting/ Business with around twenty years experience in Investment Banking Business (Project Finance Advisory, Private Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Private Equity)
* You should have served in the senior management position for at least 3-5 years ( Vice President/Director in a world renowned Investment Bank)
* Autonomous, visionary leader with the ability to quickly identify the key success factors and act decisively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong leader with huge amounts of energy, drive, fresh thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Familiar with all aspect of deal management.
