Telesales Advisor
To provide an effective and efficient outbound sales function which maximizes sales opportunities presented by customers with or requiring mobile insurance and other 3rd party products where appropriate, and deliver sales results. The role holder will work with a high degree of day to day independence, although their activities will be supervised by progress, results and statutory compliance visits.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve all sales targets
•To handle existing and lapsed customer calls through inbound/outbound calling
•Use a professional manner towards customers to provide excellent customer service
•Personal, application, payment and policy details must be taken correctly and accurately in line with Legal and Company Quality requirements
•Cross selling of other products and services where appropriate
•Promote LSG with a professional, friendly approach to customers, answering any queries of a Customer Service nature that may arise and have the ability to close the sale
•Perform all duties in line with stated regulatory requirements and standards (i.e. FSA, paperless direct debit guarantee, ISO)
•To make outbound sales calls, using in-house database to:
Informing customer’s of our current offers and using the sales tools available in order to generate a sales
Ensuring add-on services are offered to the customer and the required targets are met
Exceeding your required sales targets
•To deal with inbound sales calls, in response to our national advertising to:
Informing customer’s of our current offers and using the sales tools available in order to generate a sale
Ensuring add-on services are offered to the customer and required targets are met
Assisting customers with queries they may have with their order throughout the period of their contract
•To follow orders through to completion by:
Contacting customer’s if/when further details are required or if problems occur
Contact customers to generate further sales when required
Applying our security procedures to each order
