PA to Director


Excellent opportunity to join a very successful and progressive company based in Wembley and support an extremely busy MD.

This is very much an organisational role. Main responsibilities include hectic diary management, organising numerous meetings, dealing with expenses and correspondence, liaising with clients and suppliers, screening calls and assisting in a variety of projects.

Outstanding secretarial and administration skills are a necessity and we require that you would have held a similar role for at least three years.

Good attention to detail, fast accurate typing and a pleasant telephone manner, flexibility and a can-do attitude are also mandatory for this role.
