Role
This role is for a circa 3 month interim placement with the possibility of extending to permanent.
You will be advising on a broad range of HR issues, including, but no limited Management
• Grievances
• WYG Policies and Procedures

To provide pragmatic solutions to WYG’s business needs.

Key Competencies

Skills:
• Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Law & its interpretations.
• Computer literate ( incl. internet ).

Qualifications:
• Part/Fully qualified CIPD.

Personal Qualities:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have the flexibility to adapt within a diverse workplace.

Experience:

Preferably 2+ years within a similar role.
Must have a proven track record with a broad range of HR issues.
