£32k - £36k p.a.
A newly created opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Finance Manager to head the Financial and Management Accounting functions at nef. Assisting the Operations Director in shaping the finance department and developing systems that meet the needs of a complex organisation means that this challenging role will be central to nef meeting its mission.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least three years post qualification experience of managing both the financial and management accounting functions. Experience in a changing not-for-profit organisation would be hugely beneficial; whilst the ability to communicate effectively, both in written and oral forms, is essential.
