Manager / Leader (Voluntary Sector Mental Health Service) £32,000
Could you lead an exciting and dynamic mental health organisation in to a new era?
The Mary Frances Trust is a non-traditional, non-medical and user-led organisation. We focus on providing meaningful work, education and leisure opportunities to people with enduring mental health problems.
We are looking for an inspirational manager/leader to work alongside service users (known as members) and staff to run an innovative and progressive day service. It is essential that you have a belief in everyone's potential for recovery as well as a good sense of humour.
As an organisation we support over 200 members. We are hoping to do more work in the community and are currently developing our services for the future. Experience of change management would be an advantage, as would a relevant professional qualification.
If you have substantial experience in mental health and solid experience of managing staff and want a new and challenging role then we would love to hear from you.
