Duties
Our Clients are Market Leaders in the supply of safety equipment and workwear. They currently have vacancies within their sales team for Customer Sales Advisors. The purpose of the role is to actively promote the company to new and existing customers. Candidates with a previous sales background would therefore be an advantage. Key responsibilities will also include:- * Responding to customer queries and requests for information * Handling any complaints * Ensuring client contact is made on a regular basis in order to build business relationships and identify client needs * Working to targets * Promoting products and cross selling * Taking orders and processing using computer system * Assisting management with credit control and overdue accounts Candidates should possess an enthusiastic and committed attitude as there will be a large amount of product training to be learnt. The Package £12 - 19,000 pa 8.30-17.00 Mon to Fri 6 monthly bonus Free parking
