Our Client is an independently owned agency specialising in Commercial & Industrial recruitment. Established in May 2003, they are fast becoming the preferred supplier of many local businesses. They currently have a vacancy for a trainee recruitment consultant to join the team. Full training will be provided in line with REC guidelines. This will include sales, interviewing techniques, legal procedures and time management. The role will involve assisting in the day to day running of the desk and candidates should be focused on first class customer service. Experience within a customer service/office environment is essential as is good administrative skills. Candidates with a background in sales would also be desirable. The successful candidate will be able to show initiative and be able to work well unsupervised. You should also have a confident approach to dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone. Self motivation, an eye of detail and accuracy is essential. Funding will be provided for candidates who will be expected to work towards the foundation award in recruitment practice. The Package £12 - 14,000 pa + bonus after full training completed Free Parking 25 Days holiday 40 Hrs per week. 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday To apply for this position, please forward your CV
