Our Client based in the North of Cardiff are looking to recruit a temporary Technical Helpdesk Analyst. Key responsibilities: providing technical support to customers technical and non-technical, customer service, helping to develop and improve the current technical knowledge through the team and department. Update of in house computer systems Database to reflect all actions carried out. Diagnosing and recording hardware failures so Engikneerscan successfully repair all actions carried out. Liaising with Engineers to ensure a complete solution to faults and provide an interface between customer and workshop. Follow and develop prodcedures for continued successful support of their products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of PC architecutre be familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98E, 98, 95 and DOS, in a troubleshooting environment.
