Job Description:
As a leading provider of recruitment services to the property sector we have excellent opportunities for qualified Estates Surveyor throughout the UK. As well as being an approved supplier to many of the leading corporate and public sector bodies in this field we also hold strong ties with some of the smaller, more independent firms of chartered surveyors and are usually able to accommodate most candidate preferences regarding the type of organisation they work for. In many cases MRICS/FRICS qualification is preferred but some of our clients do offer APC training to those close to completion (i.e. past the interim stage). Due to the size and diversity of the types of organisations that we deal with the vacancies that we receive are based in a variety of locations throughout the UK, and we can normally find an office that is convenient for most candidates within reason. Typically our vacancies consist of Estates/Management Surveyors within the public and private sectors where duties include Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Landlord/Tenant Liaison, arrears collection, repairs/contractor appointment and general management duties as required. Portfolios range from residential to commercial, to government and healthcare to a mixture of several. We can normally accommodate a candidate’s particular strength or portfolio preference as well as assist them to remain within their preferred sector or help them to move into another. Remuneration across the various sectors that we deal with is always competitive and hourly rates for contract staff are excellent.
