Based Carlisle: Recently acquiring this high-profile retail contract, our client is looking for an ambitious Catering Manager to drive this operation forward and ensure quality & consistency is delivered. Managing a dedicated team with the support of a kitchen manager and 2 supervisors you will be 'hands on' responsible for all aspects of this busy restaurant operation (100 covers) Vital you have people management experience, are financially astute and have full service operational experience. To be considered for this opening you will have at a minimum of 2 years catering/restaurant/café management experience, a flair for staff training and a passion for service delivery. This role requires a strong front of house manager that has the ability to leave a lasting impression and gain maximum productivity within their team.
