Our client is looking for an ambitious Café/Restaurant Manager to drive this operation forward and ensure quality & consistency is delivered. Managing a small team of 7 you will be 'hands on' responsible for all aspects of this busy food retail operation, vital you have people management/supervisory experience, food preparation experience, are financially astute and have full service operational experience. At least 1 year experience in a quality restaurant/café/contract catering environment essential along with a sparkling personality.
