An experienced Project/Release Manager is required to work on a major programme in Leeds. Youu must have the ability to work in a matrix management environment, experience of implementation and project Management, experience of large scale implementation / or high monetary value, credibility and proven capability to develop and sustain effective working relationships with Suppliers, ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them in complex, cross-functional situations involving many stakeholders, communication skills up to and including board level, clear written and verbal communication skills, sound commercial knowledge and business acumen, work on own initiative yet remain part of national Programme team, excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, strong results orientation, dynamic, authoritative management style, 5 Years experience of Implementation (deployment) management, 5 years experience of managing Suppliers, 2 years experience of NHS systems is a must.
