Very Prestigious Motor Dealership requires a Service Advisor to work in their busy Service Department.
The ideal candidate will need to have a good level of education and at least 2-3 years experience within the motor trade, ideally from a prestigious background. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills and have an enthusiasm towards your work.
You will be responsible for liaising with customers both face to face and over the telephone, pre-booking their vehicles for service, ensuring that all vehicle documentation is correct and verifying and updating customer information on the computer.
Other duties include checking the status of parts, raising job cards and liasing with the workshop with regards to the estimated time of job completion and arranging courtesy vehicles.
A good knowledge of Kerridge is also an advantage, although not essential.
