Recently upgraded, state of the art production plant. European leader of a specialist product line in a stable market. Responsibilities: § Managing productivity and delivery to a JIT basis, high quality paint finished plastic mouldings for vehicle OEM’s. Experience & Skills: § Experience of modern manufacturing techniques and processes in the automotive supply chain. § Knowledge of plastic moulding and or paint finishing. § Able to motivate and manage shop floor staff via team leaders across 3 shifts (this is a day based job). § Able to react positively to changing customer priorities in a busy, committed factory. Salary & Package: Up to £30,000 salary plus company benefits, training and excellent prospects (the job can develop into several career options in the quality, project or production TITLE:
