Responsibilities: § Process improvement to increase manufacturing efficiency. § Develop changes to production process and equipment to ensure quality standards and repeatability targets are met. § Review process flow and layout, improving efficiency. § Work with colleagues to contribute to new product development, design for manufacture planning, and capital equipment projects. § Close liaison with maintenance, production managers and quality engineers. Experience & Skills: § Qualified engineer with a production engineering / production improvement background. § Experience of metal precision engineering for automotive or aerospace customers. Salary & Package: £27,000 to £30,000 plus benefits
