* Architectural Technician (MBIAT or ABIAT preferably)
* Extensive knowledge of the housing sector: refurb & new build / 1-off houses and developments
* In depth knowledge of UK Building/Housing Regulations
* High level of proficiency on AutoCAD (the client uses Lt 2002)
