Description
This small friendly practice is looking for a classic 'Architectural Technician' or 'Architectural Technologist'.
After reading the following minimum requirements you will instinctively know whether or not you are right for this role:
* A minimum of 2 years working with UK Building Regulations (in an architectural practice)
* Preferably a 'technical' Architectural qualification such as: HNC or HND in Building Studies; perhaps you have membership of BIAT?
* Presently living within commuting distance of north-west Manchester
* Ability to start at short notice (early-mid March)
* They will consider both 'permanent' or 'temporary/contract' applicants
* Fluency on AutoCAD
