Description:
This is a brand new role and as such offers unprecedented scope for a seasoned
and far sighted Training Manager. Responsible for the design and delivery of
training programmes throughout Claims. Your challenge is to build a robust and
ensuring training strategy – and enable management teams to achieve their
business objectives, contribute to overall profit targets and improve
performance.
An excellent communicator a leader with gravitas and credibility you will
manage a team of 18 to answer the technical and training needs of around 580
Claims staff – and this at time of change where training is high on the agenda
with 5-7 years senior development experience and a track record of success in
a blue-chip environment you will strive for excellent influence and inspire
others and make huge impression in the exciting arena.
