We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Manager for one of our clients based just outside of Milton Keynes.
Working for this fast paced and growing organisation this role will take responsibility for the customer service interface of the company. Looking after a team of 40 to 50 team members.
We are ideally looking for someone with Call Centre Team Leader or Management experience. The role demands a customer driven person with a team focus and someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment with a hands on approach.
