About our Client:
Our client is an established womenswear retailer with over 300 stores nationwide and new store openings planned for the years ahead. They aim to provide value for money products for the modern day mature woman.
Who we are looking for:
An Assistant Manager required for this fast paced store in Swindon.
You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the running of the store – helping to manage and motivate the team, merchandise the stock and holding the store in the Manager’s absence.
Essential experience must include:
· Minimum of 2 years previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in a fashion environment
· Good man-management skills
· Driving ambition to succeed in this demanding role
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Strong organisational skills
