About our Client:
Our client is an established womenswear retailer with over 300 stores nationwide and new store openings planned for the years ahead. They aim to provide value for money products for the modern day mature woman.
Who we are looking for:
Store Manager required for this fast paced store in Andover, HAmpshire.
You will be fully responsible for the running of the store including conducting appraisals, disciplinary procedures and staff training.
Essential experience must include:
· Minimum of 2 years previous retail management experience, preferably in a fashion environment
· Good man-management skills
· Driving ambition to succeed in this demanding role
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Strong organisational skills
