The governors of this mixed, community primary school wish to appoint an appropriately qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Key Stage Two, to take a year 6 class and the role of ICT Co-ordinator. One management point is available for this role. Post to commence in September 2005.
Characteristics of the school:
· There are 168 full-time and three part-time pupils on roll including 30 children aged under five.
· The school has a multi-cultural mix of students who come from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds.
·The School achieves high standards when compared with similar schools and is particularly effective in supporting pupils with special educational needs.

· ‘The leadership and management of the school are very good and manifest themselves in a strong commitment to raising standards whilst also developing the personal and social education of the pupils.’

The Desired Candidate must have:
· Qualified Teaching Status
· relevant experience within the United Kingdom
· drive and enthusiasm to assist in raising the standards of an already good school
· proven classroom management skills
· good subject knowledge
The school is situated within South-west London and is in easy travelling distance from London Underground links on the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines.
