Citrix Support Engineer

Based in Wetherby, a vacancy has arisen for a Citrix Support Engineer.
Systems Engineer to join the busy Reflex Team. The role will involve (i) delivering managed service operations (key to IT infrastructure solutions for contracted customers), (ii) providing high-end technical hotline support to managed service customers for a range of products and systems, (iii) working as part of the professional services team and (iv) providing support to the IS and in-house IT functions as required.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following skills / qualifications:
> Excellent Citrix experience (CCNA/P Preferred but not essential)
> At least 5 years experience in a server support environment, dealing with large-scale
> Microsoft Windows server infrastructures
> Excellent Microsoft skills (MCSE 2000 / 2003 desirable, or equivalent experience). ISA and Exchange skills particularly advantageous
Candidates must also have expert and demonstrable knowledge of at least 5 of the following areas is also required:
Terminal Services
Exchange 2000/2003
SQL
ISA
IIS
Active Directory
Networking and Security
Cluster Solutions
Server hardware architecture and configuration
Trend product suite
Veritas product suite
