Description :
This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity to work within a dedicated team providing first class service to their client. The successful candidate will be managing calls from start to finish, recording details of the call, liaising with client and contractor to arrange site visits, verifying invoices and timesheets to ensure work has been completed and within the timescales required.
You will be required to follow procedures for quotation work, adhere to company health and safety policy and manage planned preventative maintenance programmes with the engineers.
The ideal candidate will be able to interact and communicate at all levels, you will be computer literate and work to a high level of accuracy.
For this role it is essential to have a good standard of written and spoken English along with good understanding of grammar and spelling. You will be required to be flexible within this role due to the company's opening hours.
We are looking for someone with a confident telephone manner, a pleasant disposition and a positive outlook. The successful candidate will be familiar with MS Office and Outlook, be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, enjoy working in a team and be customer focused.
