Based in Fenwick in Leicester, you will be responsible for the running of your concession and the man-management of 3 staff.
My client is a classic British ladies retailer, catering for a typical customer base of 35 years +. They house formalwear, casual wear, accessories, occasion wear and a petite range.
You will have a mature communication style that motivates and influences, you will be results driven and ensure your staff are trained and developed to a high standard. You will have knowledge of the typical customer and area, and have strong commercial acumen in terms of figures and competitors. You will organise store events and promotions in order to maximise opportunity and sales. You will, in essence, be a strong all-rounder with excellent customer service and after sales care.
